As a mother of two and a dedicated educator, I am passionate about supporting children's growth, development, and learning. I hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Child Psychology, a Human Resource Management Degree from George Brown, and bring over a decade of experience in early childhood education.

My professional background includes successfully operating my own childcare business for more than ten years, as well as volunteering with the Toronto District School Board (TDSB). Through these experiences, I have developed a strong understanding of children's developmental needs and a deep commitment to fostering nurturing, engaging learning environments.

I have been particularly inspired by the Montessori approach to education and its emphasis on respecting each child's individuality, fostering independence, and nurturing a lifelong love of learning. Its philosophy aligns closely with my own beliefs about child development and the importance of creating environments where children feel empowered to explore, discover, and grow at their own pace.

While I have seen many wonderful childcare programs, I have also observed the challenges that can arise in larger settings, where busy schedules and high child-to-educator ratios can make it difficult to provide the individualized attention every child deserves. At the heart of my approach is a simple belief: the early years lay the foundation for a child's future. By providing thoughtful guidance, a prepared environment, and the freedom to learn at their own pace, I strive to help every child develop a lifelong love of learning and a strong sense of self. 💛
